I believe that transformation as individuals and families begins with the better understanding of ourselves. My desire is to help individuals and families on a journey to self-discovery, gratitude, compassion, and wellbeing.
My goal is to help you gain insight and awareness through connecting past experiences to how you view the World today. Understanding these connections provides a deeper personal understanding that can help you prevail in your life challenges.
My approach to therapy combines elements of humanistic, relational, and psychodynamic theory to meet people where they are. I pride myself on therapy that fosters connection, communication, and emotional transformation.
Sometimes difficult life experiences can hold us back from the richness of life. Therapy offers a warm and safe environment to process purpose and meaning in our lives.
I graduated from Boston University, followed by specialized training at Hunter College’s Post-Masters Program in Advanced Clinical Social Work and the Westchester Family Institute. I gained extensive training in various therapeutic techniques.
